NWU features board passers through a motorcade
Northwestern University (NWU) held a parade around the province of Ilocos Norte as part of the celebration for its 90th foundation anniversary on February 4, 2022. NWU Riders, Marching band, and Tamboreros together with the faculty, licensure examination passers, and student leaders of the university joined the ride.
The event is dedicated to the passers from the Criminologist Licensure Examination (CLE), Civil Engineering Licensure Examination, Registered Electrical Engineering Licensure Exam (REE), Registered Master Electrician Licensure Examination RME), Architecture Licensure Examination (ALE), Medical Technologist Licensure Examination (MTLE), and Nurse Licensure Examination. The round trip cruised around Laoag-Bacarra-Vintar-Sarrat- San Nicolas-Batac-Paoay route.
A double birthday celebration of Atty. Ferdinand S. Nicolas, University President and Dr. Chita A. Gonzales, Vice President for Academic Affairs, was also conducted at the Freedom Park after the parade.
The 90th foundation anniversary celebration of NWU will last until April 2022.
